Raspberry Ketones - Day 5 - Update

I purposely forced myself to eat 3 times more food than I would usually consume today. I wanted to see if the raspberry ketones are the main factor of my weight loss. If I gain weight tomorrow I can put on the record that you still would need to eat less to have these "miracle fat burners" work. I haven't been exercising at all since starting this experiment. Today's weigh in was 231.8lbs. Let's see what happens tomorrow. Good night!
