Today marks day 20 on raspberry ketones and I am quite proud of my 6 pound weight loss. There maybe some of you out there that surpassed me considerably. Now I was to put a little twist on my experiment. I am going to stop taking raspberry ketones for 20 days and see what happens.
The top reasons for this is the following:
1. Was all the weight I lost simply water weight.
2. Will I feel withdrawal symptoms from not taking RK.
3. Will my cravings come back.
4. Was it all a placebo effect.
So for the next 20 days I will continue what I have been doing and just not take the raspberry ketones. I will weigh in daily with my stats.
So what happened?
