This maybe TMI for some of you readers out there so be full warned. :)
I have been taking raspberry ketones for a week and some days now and now I am gaining weight. I am thinking it's because I am currently on my period. It started on Monday April 2 hours after I weighed in that day. My period usually lasts about 4-5 days sometimes 6. So it's pretty frustrating to not know if I am plan or not because of these crazy weight fluctuations. It does take a toll on my positive thinking because everytime I step on the scale and see my weight go up I just want to go and eat a chocolate cake..lol.
Through my research about menstrual cycles and water weight gain, I am hoping that after my period ends I will be back on track with weight loss.
Tell me about it! Every time I see my weight increases I'm all devastated and would pig out sigh then I feel WORSE! So let's try not to! Haha let's try! Seriously!
