Raspberry Ketones Experiment - Day 1

In my previous post I explained how I was interested in the Dr. Oz phenomena raspberry ketones, the “Miracle Fat-Burner in a Bottle.” So I went and bought a bottle online and received it today. Today is officially day one of the Raspberry Ketones Experiment. I will be documenting everything from my weight to blood pressure while on this experiment. I will take 500mg of raspberry ketones once before breakfast.

I am currently on a low carb diet and I do not exercise unless I am cleaning my house, walking through stores or cleaning after my kids.

  1. wondering if you would mind posting the specific name and brand of the raspberry ketones you used. I am starting with the Healthe Trim raspberry ketones. :)
