I don't know what I was thinking but getting off the raspberry ketones are messing me all up. It's day 3 out of 20 and I am hungrier and I can only think about food and how much I can eat of it. It must of had a mental thing going on with it too.
So far I am learning (from my own experience) that:
1. Raspberry ketones are a great appetite suppressant.
2. Raspberry ketones are great from blocking urges to over eat.
3. Raspberry ketones are ok with the energy department. I didn't really see a big change with that.
4. I didn't think so much about food with raspberry ketones.
5. My blood pressure and body temperature hasn't been affected much.
I am still researching different things with and without taking the raspberry ketones. Hopefully I can figure out a way to lose weight without bouncing all over the place on the scale and in body measurements.
