Today is the start of day 26 on rapsberry ketones and I am doing horribly with sticking to my plan. During part of my experiment I got off the RK for 3 days and that made me gain back all the weight that I have lost. Trying to get back on after that time just messed me all up. I shouldn't have never got off. I am thinking that it also had a placebo type effect on me. Putting my hope and trust into a supplement that I thought could actually help me not over eat.
I spoke to people that say "I lost 10 pounds in 7 days." Well I lost 1.8 pounds in 26 days. How pathetic is that. This is another reason my motivation and will power has decreased drastically. I stick to something and I have people doing better than me in a shorter amount of time. Very discouraging. Yea yea I shouldn't be worried about other's people progress but man that is a big let down in my department. I am guessing it's not for everyone or I need to up my dosage.
On my raspberry ketones bottle it says to take 1-2 (500mg) pills 2-3 times a day preferable 30 minutes before each meal. I think I might try that. I have nothing to lose right? I also need to find low calorie foods that will fill me up for a long period of time. Oh well back to the drawing board.
Any luck yet? I'm taking rk in conjunction with green coffee bean extract powder and have done well. I hope its gotten better for you
