I have not been 100% on plan today. I relapsed and ate junk and fast food all day.
Burger King for breakfast, Taco Bell for lunch and Chinese for dinner with a lot of chocolate in between. When I was eating all this food I felt so happy and content. It was like I was filling a missing a part of me..lol. What I have done will probably tip the scale since it is body shot day. I did wake up this morning saying to myself this rapberry ketones sh*t ain't working. I'm slowing going towards this stuff (raspberry ketones) as being a huge marking ploy for more press and profits. But I will keep my experiment going to see the effects of messing up on an eating plan.
This will be interesting....
