Belly button: 45'' (-1")
Hips: 48'' (no change)
Thighs: 29 1/2'' (-1 1/2")

Total inches lost to date: 6 3/4"

My current lifestyle:

I am currently on a low carb diet and I do not exercise unless I am cleaning my house, walking through stores or cleaning after my kids.

Additional Factors:

Energy levels: feeling good
Urination: about the same
Bowel movements: twice a day
Appetite increase/decrease:  decreased
Cravings increase/decrease: decreased
Food cravings: sometimes I think about chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting but then the craving goes away.
Eating habits (fuller faster/stayed the same/decreased): about the same
Sleeping habits (better or worse): I've noticed that I toss and turn more.
Quality of sleep (well rested/toss and turn): toss and turn but wake up ok
