Raspberry Ketones Experiment - Day 53

Today I decided to start taking (3) - 500mg pills of raspberry ketones this morning. I don't know if this would make a difference but we'll see.

Day 53 Update:

Starting weigh in: 236.0lbs
Today's weigh in: 228.0lbs
Weight lost to date: -8lbs
Height: 5' 7" (67in)

Additional Factors:

Energy levels: little bit of pain. energy wise still need a pick me up
Urination: urinated less than usual
Bowel movements: feeling constipated
Appetite increase/decrease: decreased a little
Cravings increase/decrease: decreased a little
Food cravings: overeating on foods. ate an entire Dominos thin crust veggie pizza for dinner
Eating habits (fuller faster/stayed the same/decreased): same
Sleeping habits (better or worse): a little better than yesterday
Quality of sleep (well rested/toss and turn): took a while to get up
Heart rate (same/better/worse): same
Blood pressure (same/better/worse): didn't do it today
Skin condition(same/better/worse): same as yesterday
Digestion (same/better/worse): No noticeable change
Fidgeting (Y/N):  None
Body temperature (warmer or cooler): same
Breath (smell/other): none
Headaches (Y/N-Bad/Worse): yes. getting better
