NOTE: I have decided that today will be the last day that I will be on raspberry ketones. I am going to go research other supplements that can assist me in controlling my appetite. Once I find one I will document that journey.

Wow.. u r really doing a wonderful job documenting all this and takin the pains to do that :) i was gonna buy this product but am sorta undecided still.. jus wanna make sure it really really works.. seein ur blog kinna uplifted my spirits..

DeleteI am glad that I did my research! with you. Thanks. I have an issue with taking pills of any kind for any type of diet, like weight loss. I have also all my life had problems with my weight. I am 60 yrs old and have tried so many diet products. About 43 years ago, I tried a type of caramel candy that was for dieting, Jenny Craig, Powdered pills, low carb diet, high protein diet...But what I found to be the best of all is drinking about 12-8ozs of water a day. Yes, that's @96 ozs of purified water. That curbs your appetite. I also drink every morning 1/2 lemon in a 8oz glass of purified water (curbs ur appetite), and then I exercise 4 times a week early in the morning. For breakfast straight up 3 egg whites. The rest of the day I have small meals, then for dinner we do not eat after 7:00pm. Watch your fast food intake. My niece came to us at 202 lbs, 1 year later she is down to 187 lbs. She had Louisiana diet habits when she came to live with us. I make sure she drinks lots of water and no sodas, orange juice, any sugery drinks.
ReplyDeleteSo the best advise do your diet naturally, there is NO MAGIC PILLS, sorry, I wish there was, but after almost 45 years of diet trends, nothing has worked. Hope this works!
I know right. I always get false hopes when I hear about the new diet craze. I thought this would be different. I am glad that you found the formula for your healthy lifestyle. I lived down south for a while too and the food tastes oh so good..lol. Thank you for the advice :)
DeleteAlso, make sure you take a multi-vitamin of some sort.
ReplyDeleteI started taking multi-vitamins recently. Unfortunately I have to take the gummies because the regular ones upsets my stomach with or without food. It's working out well though :)

DeleteHey I just read your progress on raspberry ketones. It was a grat idea to document everything the way you have. I am 23 and have struggled to lose weight since high school. I started low carb high protein dieting last year and it really worked for me. I am at 170-175 pounds and am just shy of 5"8.

Do you do a whole lot of exercise? And do you think this supplement is worth trying?

I wish I did exercise but I don't. I don't want to call it laziness.I just feel exhausted most of the time. I guess the raspberry ketones were working. I did lose a lot of inches around my belly even though I was messing up on my diet. If you are already exercising and eating right it may give you that added boast to lose more body fat. That also depends on how many mg you decide to take a day :)

ReplyDeleteI've been doing some research myself of these raspberry ketones ever since my friend asked if I'd try them with her. I'm just curious what brand of ketones you were using and how much your dosage was.
The brand is AI Sports Nutrition and the pills where 500mg each. I started with 1 for a couple of days and increased it until I reached 1500mg a day.
