My current lifestyle:

I am currently on a low carb diet and I do not exercise unless I am cleaning my house, walking through stores or cleaning after my kids.

  1. Thank you for doing this! I read somewhere that you only need 100mg per day and if you take much more there is no effect. Just thought it might be worth mentioning
