The Master Cleanse (Lemonade Diet) - Day 5

Day 5 On The Master Cleanse (Lemonade Diet):

I tend to have them even though I am consciously not thinking about anything. It seems like I am fighting against myself to stick to this cleansing. Weird...

Bowel movements: I mostly do BMs in the morning. I'm still doing about 5-6 times
