Today is day one of taking the SafSlim Satiereal Saffron Extract. I am taking the saffron extract to help me reduce my urge to snack and prevent mind hunger. I hope this will be an effective way to target and reduce belly fat because I've have been searching for ways to target that problem area. I plan on taking the saffron extract for a minimum of 30 days. If things go well I will continue taking it. I am looking to achieve some great weight loss results using the saffron extract with the assistance of a low calorie diet and exercise of course. I will be weighing in with body shots every Wednesday and I will have just weigh ins daily.

Day One Weigh In - 223.6 lbs
High Waist - 39"
Midsection - 45.25"

  2. Hello, wish you the best and many blessings. I found your blog in you tube. I have been over weight also since my 5 year old was born. I found the best garment ever that helped me loose weight and sizes. I started as a size 36 on the garment now I am size 32. At the beginning I lost a lot of weight fast, later after my son was diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome I gained again. Many stays at the hospital stress, etc...This past August, I spent 2 more months with my son in the hospital. Even that I did not eat much and I wore the garment I gained 25 pounds. Of course in a hospital there is not much to do, but I tried to walk and exercise in the room. I was size 14 and now I am almost size 10. If you are interested please call me 407-914-0351 or email me at taina1967@gmail.com. God Bless You!

  4. HI. I ran across a video of yours on youtube and I just want to say that I wish I can give u a Hug. It breaks my heart to see u do this to yourself. I'm struggling with weight loss too and can relate to an extent. Know that no weight loss pill, nor gimmic, outfit or video is going to help you do what u need to do for yourself and that's eat healthier portions. Your wasting your money. Your not going to get thin over night because u didn't gain the weight over night. You mentioned watching forks to knives wasn't that video powerful? I've watched it 3x alr. I can write you a long novel on what you should and should not be eating but I wont do that. ONLY You can make these important decisions on food portions. If we don't care about our bodies and monitor the food we put in our mouth were destined to have bigger issues that just weight gain. Do it for u!! YOUR WORTH IT. {{{ HUG}}}

  7. Try ice pack on neck for headaches and maybe see a neurologist. Keeping a journal can help you identify triggers leading to binge eating. joining a weight loss group is beneficial and getting plenty of rest. Consider finding out you zones for burning fat when exercising.
