  1. Hi TJ, My name is Lindsey, first of all I never make comments on the internet but I saw some of your videos today and I felt compelled to get in touch with you. I know that you know there are a lot of people in the same boat as you, I'm one of them. Struggling with weight a lot of times is heart breaking. I see that you do lots of experiments on different products and I have to tell you that unfortunately none of them are going to work. They are all fad products created by industries that thrive on hopeless overweight women's money. I know that you're fed up and you're tired and you just want to live your life without worrying about your weight, I do too. One of your posts made me cry because I have felt the same way. I'm on a weightloss journey myself and I just want to give you a little advice girl to girl. First, stop buying weightloss products, you're wasting your money for false hope. You may see some results but they won't keep the weight off! Second, forgive yourself and make a deal to become your own best friend. Reassure yourself that weightloss is a long and difficult journey and there will be no quick fixes. If you start feeling bad about being fat, tell yourself 'its ok, I'm working on it, I won't be like this forever'. Fast food is so yummy but make a rule, no drive throughs except chick-fil-a because they have healthy choices. This will be so hard, it took me months to kick the fast food habit but once your mind and body has been cleansed of it, the thought of the greasy food will actually become repulsive to you. Become a food snob and experiment with tastes and smells and start learning to cook awesome meals. Your friends and loved ones will always want to come to your house for dinner. Exercise, but don't go crazy, you'll get burned out. Get your favorite music and go for a walk for 30 minutes. When you think about it 30 minutes is nothing out of an entire day. Weigh once a week not everyday, you'll pull your hair out. Lastly and I'm not trying to sell this to you but I just want you to think about it or just research it, over two months ago at 5'8" and 200lbs I joined weight watchers online because I heart Jennifer Hudson and after what she went through with her family and was still able to lose weight I knew that I could do it. I am now 179.

  2. You'll average about two pounds lost a week. Of course we all wish to lose 5, 10, and 20 lbs at a time but if you want to keep it off you have to be patient, even when I fall off the wagon every now and then it doesn't instantly go back on my stomach. So if you are 230 right now in 2 months you'll be 216, in 5 months you'll be 190 and in 10 months you'll be 150. That's not even a year with the program and you will have reached your goal! I think you said you were 5'7", I wouldn't go too much lower than 150. You get to earn cheat meals too and those come every week! What I usually do is I make smart choices all during the week then on Friday night I'll have my cheat meal to reward myself for the week and I'm still losing weight. If you can't kick the fast food weight watchers allows it you just have to figure it in. With the points plus online you'll learn the system quick and eventually you won't have to look everything up because you'll learn how to figure things yourself. Lean cuisine and smartones have the points on the box for your convenience when you don't have time to cook or look something up. The lean cuisine pizza's are soooooo good and the toffee weight watchers icecream is out of control yummy! Another thing that has helped me is research your body type and what colors you look best in. Shop for your body not for what everyone else is wearing and you'll look great in whatever you wear. Avoid the emo skinny jeans and horizontal stripes, thats a general rule. Clean out your closet and get rid of all the clothes you use as a crutch. I had this really loose baggy shirt that I would hide away in and no one could see my rolls, it was just an excuse so I donated it. Watch what not to wear they have girls of all body types on it and sometimes you'll learn some great ways to dress yourself. I'm still on my journey and I know that it will take a while but eventually I'll get there and I know you can too. It breaks my heart to see others so sad about their weight because I feel it too. You don't have to give up the foods you love forever, it may take you months to a year to get the weight off but once you make it, the foods you love will still be here. By that time, they may not even be your favorite anymore. just look up weight watchers, the before and after stories are incredible and you get to see people and their results. Be your own best friend TJ. You got this, take control, no one and no pill or supplement can do it for you, only you can. I believe in you hun and you can do this. :)

  3. Oh yea, another thing about clothes and I know this will get expensive but once something gets too big for you, GET RID OF IT! Swear to yourself that you will never go back to that size and mean it, don't keep fat clothes around. Do that with your weight too, make target weights, say 216 after 2 months, make a deal with yourself and swear that you will never weigh over 216 again. And so forth and so on.

  4. One more thing! Hahaha sorry, I'm just excited for you. I'm not sure where you live but look for a store called White House/Black Market. When you walk in the store you get a personal stylist to help you out. And their clothes are gorgeous! Explain your concerns and what you are doing, tell them what you would like to accentuate (you have to have a part of your body you do like) and what you don't want to show so much and let them work their magic. They won't force a credit card down your throat either, but if you sign up to be in black book they will remember you and what you like and look good in and will let you know about sales on great items. Oh and go to a nice bra boutique and get fitted, most bras these days are crap, you'll be amazed at the difference. Gosh, I kinda want to go shopping with you now hahaha. Get excited girl, life only gets better from here! :)

  5. Tj what kind of insurance do you have? I have bluecross blueshield they cover $5 pill that will work guaranteed 1week 9-10 lbs a week after that is 2lbs which is a healthy weight loss. But you have to take the the advantage of working out and be on a 2000 calorie diet and burn more than 2000 calorie of what you eat.

    1. Gee, "working out and limit caloric intake"? hmmmm I wonder if its that "pill" or the DIET & EXERCISE that is helping you to lose weight?! C'mon, don't be that gullible! stick to the diet and exercize and you are guarranteed to lose weight! the only thing that does make you lose WITHOUT diet & exercize is the green coffee bean pills but again, just watch what you eat...no need to exercize. HOWEVER, throw some exercize in there and your weight loss efforts will speed up! (PS, I'm a physician.) copy / paste this link to the green coffee bean pills:

  6. Hi TJ!

Here is my testimonial and helpful advice. Apply them, have faith in yourself & Enjoy!!

First, I want to give you an update pertaining to my Zumba class. Well, the class which was scheduled for October 23, 2012 was cancelled due to the fact that the instructor was ill. Something inside me went “slump”. I knew that this was going to be a major set back for me as far as my efforts in losing weight. Then the instructor informed me via voice mail that she would have to cancel October 30th class as well due to the fact that she couldn’t get out of work during the time slot of the class. I was devastated and knew that without the high intensity work out combined with the support of my peers during the session, I was doomed. During the course of the first week without Zumba, I was able to maintain my normal exercise routine at home, but it wasn’t the same. I lacked the motivation and energy to even do cardios. I felt awful and disappointed that I came so far in two sessions and now I felt a small sense of defeat.

Well, I became overwhelming encouraged when my “Jack La Lanne’s Power Juicer” arrived on Saturday, October 27, 2012. I was uplifted with the possibilities of drinking very nutritious fruits and vegetables. I informed my daughter that we will start juicing next week once I purchased the needed ingredients.

I was so motivated that I made an agreement with myself to go on a 33lb weight loss challenge which began on Saturday, October 27, 2012 and concludes on January 27, 2013 (Three months total). I performed my normal exercise routine and this time incorporated cardios. I began my regimen of “The Original Colon Cleanse” distributed by Health Plus (www.healthplusinc.com) in which I purchased from GNC a few months ago. One heaping tablespoon three times daily is needed. I love this product because it is very effective and extremely mild. I woke up this morning, Sunday, 28, 2012 without feeling blotted and heavy. My abdomen felt light. I am going to invest in the other internal cleansing products such as Liver, Kidney, Blood, Adrenal, Heart and Joint Cleansers. I also take Iron pills (Ferrous Sulfate Green) which amounts to two pills during the night only once a week or increased in the amount of days during the week which totally depends on how tired I feel during the week. If my energy level is normal or high, I opt out of taking any of the iron pills during the course of the week. Excerise three times a day (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) totallying 90 minutes per day which requires decipline and committment. Vary the routine and it is motivating to exercise to music.Weight Loss Tips 1. Never eat past dinner time,2. No Sugary snacks (only healthy snacks),3. Drink lots of water,4. 8. Hi TJ

Look at "10-Minute Cardio Aerobic Exercise Workout at Home" on Youtube for that early morning workout. I just completed my 30 minute workout with my 15lb weighs before I start my at-home-business. This workout makes you sweat and increases your heart rate. Try it out and incorporate it into your daily routine. Remember I exercise three (3) times a day - 30 minutes each. Don't forget to eat in small portions and stay healthy. Good Luck on your weight lose journey!!!

  9. I saw your videos on YouTube. Years ago I told a woman who had tinnitus about Ginkgo Biloba. Tinnitus is caused by impaired blood flow. It helped her and she swore it changed her life. I just thought you might want to try it for yourself. I looked it up to get you the dosage information. 60 mg of ginkgo biloba once a day until ringing disappears.
If that doesn't help an article that I pulled the dosage off of said that B12 helps sometimes. 2.4 micrograms per day will get levels back where they belong. Continue after ringing goes away so it doesn't come back.
Also add 250 mg of magnesesium per day to protect the ears. Magnesium Citrate is very absorbable.
The only thing I have seen work here is the Ginkgo Biloba. If you decide to try any of these I hope they help you. That was a very honest video you made on YouTube. I can relate. Good luck!

  10. you should try removing gluten from your diet, I used to feel crappy everyday, headaches, foggy mind, food binging, ringing in the ears, but after removing gluten all those symptoms have disappeared and now i feel 1000% better. since you crave carbs, there are still a lot of foods high in carbs but are gluten free that you can still eat. email me at yoyo168@hotmail.com if you want more information
