Bacon Crust Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza
Ever since I've been on my low carb way of eating I have been missing pizza a whole lot. So I decided to make this pizza recipe.
Ingredients:
6 slices of bacon
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1/4 cup of cheese
Pepperoni slices
Italian Seasoning
Directions:
Cook bacon on skillet, in a pan or on a griddle.
When done cooking bacon place side by side on a microwavable plate.
Spread pizza sauce and add cheese and pepperoni slices.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
Place in microwave and cook for about 1:30-2 minutes.
This recipe is easier to eat with a fork and a knife. Enjoy!
